How to Avoid Loneliness and Worriness

Hi..I am going to write a Hub on How to Avoid Loneliness. Well~ I am sharing my own thoughts and it might be true or for some of you might be not agree with my thoughts but its Alright.Its good for all of us who are facing being lonely.

1. Talk to friends
Try to talk to your friends and if you are near your friends then you will surely forget a bout anything and be smiling all the times with friends cheering with them and your loneliness will vanish away. then, slowly if you don't have anything to do then, you go to family members to talk with or go to Movies with friends, or talk to friends near your home.

2. Smile
Smiling makes you so sweet to look at by others and the more you smile the more you can be sweetest among friends and people in Society. Its so difficult for some people to smile and i have seen such people that i never seen smiles once in 5 years living with them. Some people don't smile because they show that they are very educated or they are the best. In our lives, Happy or Unhappy we should smile to people whom we never met or know. Smiling is nothing cost from you ...Its free to smile and the more sweetest fame you acquire To keep you smiling all the day, try to talk to funny people when you are alone and lonely. People who has sense of humor are able to make you cheer up with the talks.

3. Compliment others
Try to make others the best. to get best, give what you have and to be happy make yourself and others happy and your mind will be in peace. I mean try to compliment others and praise them for what they are and then their words will return back to you if you make compliments. I have experienced this so much about compliment others makes one beautiful is so nice. If you praise others, they feel so good and in return when you do good things , one day they will compliment or praise you the same way as you did.

4. Meditation Practice
Meditation is like Medicines these days. if you are sick you go to doctor. in the same way, if you are not happy ,sad, or lonely, you should get to know yourself both inner and out part of you. that's called both Physically and Mentally. How to meditate is the question. Well~ you try to focus on yourself and what, how and why you are feeling lonely. Ask yourself about yourself and who are you. Gradually, you will understand your own answer for being feeling loneliness and once you get the taste of Meditation, you will be addicted to it and will be good for your life which helps and which is the ONLY medicine that can cure your life from this cycle of birth.
